Delete My Account

You can ask us to delete your flyads.ai account at any time. This page explains what gets removed, what we may have to keep, and how to make the request.

What a deletion request covers

• Your account and profile — the name, email address and phone number you registered with.
• Any AI Clone you created, together with the selfie images or videos it was built from.
• The facial feature data derived from those uploads. As set out in our Privacy Policy, this is permanently removed from our systems.
• The products, scripts and prompts you uploaded, and the videos and images generated from them.

What we may need to keep

We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it — for example, records of payments we have to hold for tax and accounting purposes. Anything kept for that reason is not used to provide the Service to you, and routine backups expire on their own schedule.

How to request deletion

Fill in the form below. Tell us which account to close and why you are leaving — the reason helps us fix whatever pushed you out.

You can also write to support@flyads.ai from the email address you registered with, using the subject “Account deletion request”.

What happens next

We will confirm by email once your account and its data have been removed. Please allow up to 30 days. We may need to check that the request came from the account owner before we act on it, since deletion cannot be undone.

Deleting a clone without closing your account

If you only want to remove an AI Clone, you can delete it and keep your account. Face data is also deleted automatically and permanently after 60 consecutive days without use, whether or not you ask us — see the Privacy Policy for the full detail on how face data is stored, used and retained.
